Payment
Futurelab uses the PayPal service to handle payments for products. PayPal is a free, secure online account that stores your credit card and bank details, enabling you to pay online quickly and safely without sharing your credit card details with us directly. Your right to cancel
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the item within seven working days of delivery. Please note, we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase where the items have been used.

If your order has been shipped, then shipping costs will be incurred. If you do wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, all costs of returning the goods to Futurelab will also be at your expense.

Please provide the name the order was placed under, the date of purchase, your name and contact details, the item you wish to cancel and the reason.

If you wish to amend an order after it has been confirmed, please contact Futurelab by email, phone or fax (as above) indicating your name and contact details. Please ensure this is received within the same working day of placing your order otherwise Futurelab won’t be able to amend the order.

Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase - occasionally we know you may want to return items.

Any product can be returned for whatever reason for a refund of the cost of the product as long as the product is returned unused and in its original condition. To receive the refund, the product must be received by Futurelab in its original condition and have been sent to us within 30 days of your receipt of the goods at the address shown above.

You will be fully refunded, including return of the delivery costs for the UK for products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped or any circumstance that is in our error.

To return a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact Futurelab at the above contact details. When returning products, please ensure that you wrap the package securely and send the package to the above address by guaranteed postal delivery.

Delivery Timescale
When an item is in stock, Futurelab will normally dispatch goods within 7 working days. For product that is out of stock, please allow 28 days of ordering. If for any reason goods are delayed beyond our control for longer than 28 days, you will be notified in writing.

Orders and Delivery
Any agreement between Futurelab and Purchaser shall be binding only if and to the extent that an individual order is expressly accepted by Futurelab in writing. Futurelab retains full discretion in accepting and rejecting any order. Prices and availability of Products are subject to change without notice. The Purchaser will pay to Futurelab the price of the Products shown on the order, plus shipping, plus VAT at the appropriate rate, at the time the order is placed.

Intellectual property rights
Futurelab retains all intellectual property rights in the products.

Privacy policy

Futurelab is committed to maintaining your personal information in a manner which meets the requirements of the UK’s Data Protection Act (1998), and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction. In order to respect your privacy, we manage personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act’s eight ‘Data Protection Principles’, namely:

  • Personal data shall be obtained only for one or more specified and lawful purposes, and shall not be further processed in any manner incompatible with that purpose or those purposes.
